Abstract
The purpose of this study to analyze the success factors of FINTECH PAYMENT at DKI Jakarta by Delone and McLean Information System Success Model (D&M IS Success Model). The type of data used is primary data which obtained from questionnairs that distributed to m-payment users who domiciled in DKI Jakarta. Sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling method. A sample of 154 respondents were obtained with 25% male respondents and 75% female respondents. Data were processed by using alternative Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method through SmartPLS software version 3. The result of this research shows that (1) system quality has a positive and significant effect on the use of FINTECH PAYMENT, (2) system quality has a positive relationship but no significant effect on FINTECH PAYMENT user satisfaction, (3) information quality and service quality has a positive and significant effect on FINTECH PAYMENT user satisfaction, (4) information quality and service quality has a negative relationship and has no significant effect on the use of FINTECH PAYMENT, (5) the use of FINTECH PAYMENT has a positive and significant effect to user satisfaction and net benefit of FINTECH PAYMENT, (6) user satisfaction has a positive and significant effect to the net benefit of FINTECH PAYMENT.
