Abstract

In connection with Organizational Goal Setting in accordance with objective criteria that will allow employees to effectively carry out the work according to the company vision and mission, with clear objectives will shape the behavior of employees so that each employee trying to find the best method to improve the quality of performance them. Besides setting goals for the organization encourages employees to feel committed because employees feel comfortable and emotionally focused in completing the work to achieve company goals and even exceed the expectations of the company. The goal setting components consist of exposure purposes, the two-way process (feedback) and supporting backgroundBased on the results of the study it can be concluded that the significant effect of goal setting both partial and simultaneous on employee performance Jakarta Securities Company .
