Abstract

Information is an important asset of the company. As an asset, information has value for the company and should be protected from the threats and risks that could hurt the company. Protection of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information is a top priority. Implementation of information security governance framework emphasizes the suitability of the business, risk management, benefits realization, resource management, and transparency on the stakeholders. Various governance framework information security have been developed, one of which COBIT 5 for information security. PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (PT TMMIN) is a company engaged in the automotive industry. PT TMMIN have implemented information security called ATSG (All Toyota Security Guideline) to protect the information from threats and risks. This Thesisis about the implementation of information security governance with a case study at PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (PT TMMIN ). The measurement of the company’s target level and the actual level of information securitygovernance implementation with process capability modelis performed to determine the extent to which the PT TMMIN implement information security governance and the expectation to the information security governance and also the results of the gap analysis served as the basis for providing recommendations. Informasi merupakan aset penting perusahaan. Sebagai suatu aset, informasi memiliki nilai bagi perusahaan sehingga harus dilindungi dari ancaman dan risiko yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Perlindungan terhadap kerahasiaan (confidentiality), keutuhan (integrity), dan ketersediaan(availability) menjadi prioritas utama. Penerapan tata kelola keamanan informasi menekankan pada kesesuaian kerangka kerja dengan bisnis, pengelolaan risiko, realisasi manfaat, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan transparansi pada para pemangku kepentingan. Berbagai framework mengenai tata kelola keamanan informasi telah dikembangkan, salah satunya COBIT 5 for information security. PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (PT TMMIN) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri otomotif. PT TMMIN telah menerapkan keamanan informasi yang disebut ATSG (All Toyota Security Guideline) untuk melindungi informasi dari ancaman dan risiko. Tugas Akhir ini bersikan tentang penerapan tata kelola keamanan informasi dengan studi kasus pada PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (PT TMMIN). Perhitungan tingkat harapan dan tingkat aktual penerapan tata kelola keamanan informasi dengan process capability model dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan dan tingkat harapan tata kelola keamanan informasi PT TMMIN dan juga hasil analisis kesenjangan dijadikan sebagai dasar untuk memberikan rekomendasi.
