Abstract

Usability adalah kelayakan suatu sistem berdasarkan efisiensi, satisfaction, dan efektivitas pada konteks tertentu. Fungsi Usability digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas kelayakan suatu sistem melalui beberapa metode pengujian. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis tingkat usability pada website Cek Produk BPOM yang diukur dengan metode Heuristic Evaluation dengan 10 Variabel. Metode kuesioner dilakukan dengan Simple Random Sampling. Hasilnya dianalisis dan diukur berdasarkan tingkat frekuensi. Variabel Recognition Rather than Recall dan Variabel Help and Documentation adalah variabel yang sangat menonjol untuk dilakukan perbaikan dan pengembangan kualitas website.
