Abstract
The objective of this study is to examine the influences of selected financial position (liquidity, account receivable turnover, and capital structure) to the profitability of manufacturing companies listed in the LQ-45 Index during 2011-2015. This study uses Current Ratio (CR), Account Receivable Turnover (ARTO), and Capital Structure (DAR) as independent variables. On the other hand, this study choose Return of Assets (ROA) as a dependent variable. This study uses 10 sample manufacturing companies in LQ-45 index for period of 2011-2015. Applying a multiple regression analysis, this study found that capital structure partially has most significance effect to profitability, followed by liquidity. The account receivable turnover has no significance effect on profitability. Surprisingly, the three independent variables simultaneously has no significance effect on profitability.
