Abstract
The Ketofastosis lifestyle is not very well-known for Indonesian people. However, its development continues to increase every year so that it becomes a new phenomenon. Through the development of Internet technology, interaction happens in various social media platforms used for communication media. The emergence of social media has benefited the community for communication and interaction. One example is the Ketofastosis Community on the Facebook group. Many members of Ketofastosis express themselves inwardly healthy lifestyle. This research aims to describe the lifestyle expressions of Ketofastosis Indonesia's members on the Facebook group. This research using the Netnography method with a computer approach — mediated searching and communication. The number of research subjects was three people, with the criteria of having experience with Ketofastosis and being part of the group. The data collection methods used were interviews and online observation. The results showed that the first subject was a member of the community who underwent the Ketofastosis program, the second subject created a social phenomenon of expression of the Ketofastosis lifestyle, the third subject was a researcher observing the Ketofastosis lifestyle. The research results, knowing the background behind the perpetrator. Ketofastosis community expressions of a healthy lifestyle consist of biological factors, psychological factors, and social factors. In the research results, the researcher finds a significant impact caused by living the Ketofastosis lifestyle, which is change physiology and psychology that can be seen from the rampant hashtag #KFChallenge and sharing experiences on Facebook groups.
