Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Tax Minimization, Tunneling Incentive Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Keputusan Untuk Melakukan Transfer Pricing (Survei Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Pertambangan, Perkebunan, Elektronik dan Otomotif Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2015). Sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling di tahun 2013-2015 sehingga diperoleh 75 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, dan uji regresi logistik dengan menggunakan program SPSS 23. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diketahui bahwa tax minimization, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap transfer pricing. Sedangkan tunneling incentive berpengaruh terhadap transfer pricing.
