Abstract

Bakrie Information Gateway (BIG) Mobile 1.0 merupakan sistem informasi akademik Universitas Bakrie yang dapat menunjang kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam mengakses berbagai informasi mengenai kampus serta melakukan aktivitas akademik secara terintegrasi dalam satu genggaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan dan minat penggunaan aplikasi BIG Mobile dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) melalui uji konstruksi perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioral intention to use, dan actual system use. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jenjang S1 dari 10 program studi di Universitas Bakrie yang berstatus aktif semester ganjil tahun 2021 sebanyak 4.075 mahasiswa pada tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini melalui stratified random sampling dengan metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui piranti lunak SmartPLS v 3.3.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude toward using, perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use, perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap actual system use, perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap attitude toward using, perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use, dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap actual system use.
