Abstract

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk memformulasikan strategi bisnis yang tepat khususnya dalam pemasaran pada industri Advertising Technology melalui analisis Porter 5 Forces dan SWOT. Potensi kompetitif ASCOPE Ad Exchange atau ADXSCOPE berdasarkan Porter 5 Forces berada di level Medium. Pada hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan posisi ADXSCOPE pada Kuadran IV (Kekuatan - Ancaman) yang selanjutnya mengarahkan pada alternatif strategi stabilisasi dalam Grand Strategy. Dari sejumlah strategi berdasarkan Porter 5 Forces dan Grand Strategy, dilakukan pendekatan QSPM untuk menentukan suatu strategi bisnis unggulan untuk produk dan layanan ADXSCOPE dalam industry Advertising Technology. Hasilnya adalah strategi tetap mempertahankan diferensiasi produk untuk memperkuat penetrasi pasar.
