Abstract

This research aims to discover the success of implementation of Enterprise Resource Plan in this case SAP in PT. XYZ. The study was conducted by quantitive approach to user’s perspective using the modification of Information System Success Model by DeLone & McLean that consist of five determinant factors as the predictor of SAP success in PT. XYZ. This study is using quistionare to measured user’s perspective related to the determinant factors. The data is analyzed both using descriptive statistic and path analysis in order to examine the influence of five factors to success of SAP implementation. The result of this study indicate that SAP user as respondent does agree that system quality, information quality and service quality are perceived positive. But system quality is the only factor that significantly influences the user satisfaction by number 72%. Most of respondent tend to be netral in case of user satisfaction factor. But this factor is significantly influences the net benefits by number 52%. PT. XYZ has been using SAP since one year ago so SAP has not have sufficient impact to individual user’s productivity and also to organization.
