Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Pelatihan In House Training TRANSAS ECDIS Navi Sailor 4000 Untuk Perwira Nautika Pada PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang bersifat kualitatif dengan metode wawancara yang diperoleh dari wawancara dengan 3 informan yaitu : Peserta, Instruktur, dan Crew Development Manager. Konsep 4 level evaluasi Kirkpatrick digunakan untuk menganalisis dan pelatihan dinilai sudah cukup baik walaupun ditemukan beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki untuk kedepannya. Beberapa aspek yang perlu diperbaiki dari pelatihan adalah : Anggaran Dana, Jumlah Instruktur, Referensi untuk instruktur, dan konsistensi yang diberikan selama pelatihan. ABSTRACT This research purposes is for analyzing evaluation training of In House Training TRANSAS ECDIS Navi Sailor 4000 for Nautics Officers from PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk. Primary and secondary qualitative data with an interview method are used, interview is taken from three informant which are : Participants, Instructor, and Crew Development Manager. 4 Level of Kirkpatrick concept is used to analyze and training considered to be fair enough although there are some finding to be corrected in advance. Some of the aspect that need to be corrected : budget funds, number of instructors, reference for the instructors, and consistency during training session.
