Abstract
Digital transformation has become a key focus at Bakrie University in the learning process to address the challenges of industry 4.0. This study aims to design a digital transformation roadmap for learning within the Industrial Engineering Program at Bakrie University for the next three years. The roadmap is developed using the Stage-Gate Process method and Leavitt’s Diamond theory, which includes four main components: tasks, people, technology, and structure forming the foundation of the roadmap. In the first year, the roadmap focuses on determining the scope thorugh problems identification and planning. The second year centers on the introduction and feasibility studies. The third year emphasize implementation and evaluation. The result of this research are expected to serve as strategic guide for the Industrial Engineering Study Program at Bakrie University in implementing an effective digital transformation in the learning process.
