Abstract
This research aims to analyze the impact of mindfulness on stress and burnout levels at employees of PT XYZ, a palm oil manufacturing company. The research method uses a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires filled out by 135 respondents, consisting of operational and administrative staff. The results of the analysis indicate that mindfulness has a significant effect on stress levels, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and a regression coefficient of -0.465. Additionally, mindfulness also significantly affects burnout, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and a regression coefficient of -0.524. In terms of the coefficient of determination, mindfulness contributes 45.3% to stress levels and 23.9% to burnout. These findings suggest that mindfulness plays a role in creating a more positive work environment, which can support emotional stability and employee well-being. As a practical implication, it is recommended to develop a mindfulness program within the company that includes training, mentoring, and reflective activities, as well as internal campaigns to raise employee awareness of the benefits of mindfulness as part of a work culture that embraces the values of mindfulness, empathy, and work-life balance, in order to create a healthier and more productive work environment.
