Abstract

In addressing software bug challenges, the testing phase in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is crucial. This study successfully implemented automation testing using Selenium WebDriver on the Triokarya v1.0 website, focusing on user interface functionality testing. This implementation successfully identified a significant level of productivity, measured through Automation Scripting Productivity (ASP) of 1,953 operations per hour and Automation Test Execution Productivity (AEP) of 22.68 executions per day. These results demonstrate that automation testing can efficiently automate testing, with the ability to complete approximately 22 to 23 test cases per working day. The productivity levels achieved demonstrate that automation testing is an effective and reliable approach to ensuring product quality. Out of a total of 53 test cases tested, this study identified 4 defects, with a test success rate of 92.45%, confirming the tangible benefits of automation in identifying functional defects in the system.
