Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Postur Kerja pada Pekerja bangunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis postur kerja yang memungkinkan dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan pekerja dalam melakukan pekerjaannya dan memberikan suatu usulan perbaikan metode kerja yang ergonomis. Objek penelitian ini adalah pekerja bangunan pada bagian pemasangan bata hable. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RULA (Rupid Upper Limb Assesment) yaitu sebuah metode untuk menginvestigasi ergonomi pada tempat kerja, yakni pada otot rangka tubuh bagian atas. Dari hasil penilaian dengan metode RULA, diperoleh penilaian postur kerja untuk bagian tubuh dalam kelompok A adalah 3. Penilaian postur kerja untuk bagian tubuh dalam kelompok B bernilai 4, dan untuk penambahan Grand Score bernilai 5. Hasil tersebut berada pada Action Level 3, yang menunjukkan kebutuhan penyelidikan dan perubahan sesegera mungkin. Kata kunci : Postur Kerja, Ergonomis, Metode RULA, Skor, Grand Score
