Abstract
It is important for companies to keep their employees’ commitments. One of them is through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This study analyzes direct and non-direct impact of CSR on employee commitment using organizational identification and organizational trust as mediator variables. Data obtained from 84 employees of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk. then analyzed by using path analysis model. The results of the analysis show that only organizational trust is proven to mediate organizational commitment where organizational trust is significantly affected by the CSR for employees, consumers and the Government. Directly, the organizational commitment is only affected by CSR for employees.
