Abstract

Purpose- The pupose of this paper is to determine the effect of career planning on OSO Securitas employee performance. Design / methodology / approach- Descriptive, interpretive design of naturalistic paradigms was selected for this study, based on the sources in this study as many as 4 respondents who are in different divisions in OSO Securitas. The results of this study show that career planning variables have a positive effect on the performance of OSO Securitas employees. Therefore OSO Securitas is suggested to develop career planning program for it’s employee so that will raiseemployee’s performance.
