Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang rancang bangun website System Point Of Sale (POS) untuk meningkatkan UMKM Agen Pulsa Usi Ponsel dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi aspek operasional yang masih mengunkan pembukuan secara manual dan meningkatkan efektivitas kualitas manajemen bisnis yang masih belum bagus. Dalam permasalahan yang di miliki oleh Toko USI Ponsel, penulis mengunakan metode Agile Scrum dan untuk pembuatan database mengunakan metode Database Life Cycle (DBLC). Tujuan utamanya untuk merancang website yang memiliki fungsi jangka panjang dalam menggantikan pencatatan pembukuan secara manual menjadi pembukuan secara digital yang memiiki manfaat yang lebih baik. Studi ini melalui beragam langkah mulai menganalisis masalah, mencari studi literatur, pengumpulan data dalam bentuk wawancara kepada owner, merancang sistem dengan implementasi scrum, menganalisis hasil, dan membuat kesimpulan. Studi ini juga menggunakan Database Life Cycle (DBLC) melibatkan berbagai tahap mulai database initial study, database design, implementation and loading, testing and evaluation, operation, dan maintenance and evolution. Pengembangan website ini berhasil dirilis dengan alamat website: usiponsel.cloud dan dibuat mengunakan PHP native. Hasil testing bersama user menunjukan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan user untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam berbagai aspek operasional bisnis dan mampu meningkatkan kualitas manajemen bisnis. Kata Kunci: efisiensi, DBLC, metode Agile Scrum, efektivitas.
