Abstract
Raptor is a free and open-source software tool that is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. It includes a flowchart editor, an interpreter, and a debugger. To use a raptor interpreter, students simply create a Raptor flowchart and then click the ”Run” button. The interpreter will then execute the flowchart and display the results. Students can also use the debugger to step through their code line-by-line and identify any errors. Raptor interpreters can be a valuable tool for students who are learning programming. By providing students with a visual way to express their algorithms and immediate feedback on their code, they can help students to learn programming concepts more quickly and e↵ectively.
