Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh price earning ratio, earning per share, price to book value, return on equity, dan debt to equity ratio terhadap harga saham. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor properti dan real estat yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2019-2021 sebanyak 195 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan metode tersebut diperoleh ukuran sampel 141. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa price to book value berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham, sedangkan price earning ratio, earning per share, return on equity, dan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.
