Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap profitabilitas dan nilai perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode puposive sampling pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2016-2018 dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Nilai perusahaan tidak mampu memoderasi Good Corporate Governance terhadap profitabilitas. Nilai perusahaan tidak mampu memoderasi Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap profitabilitas.
