Abstract

Service consumption concept in education service field is a activity of studying student as a consumer form the teacher as a service provider. Besides that, there is interaction with staffs who support in academic and non-academic field also become the part of the consumption service activity. The objective of this study is to give explanation about PTS’s concumer behavior during the consumption activity generally. This study using qualitative method by interview with eight students from scholarship, reguler, region, Jakarta category from Accounting and Management major respectively. The result of this study, for prepurchase stage is known that the high school graduation need education in bachelor degree. Introducing proses of the graduation about PTS come from online, promotion, and recommendation from relatives. Finally, in choosing process, get scholarship and parents influence are the major reason to choose PTS. Next step, in service encounter stage, the students ask the study system that have right proportion between theoritical and practical, in the other hand, the student ask the friendly service from the supported staff. In postpurchase stage, the students tend to try have the good attitude while interacting with people in industry to keep the name of PTS as a new university and still have a little concern from pPTSlic.
