Abstract
This study focuses on analyzing interactive communication on broadcasts live streaming gamers on the TikTok channel on the @GigiCerai account. Using descriptive qualitative methods to observe six dimensions of interactive communication: informing, control, activity, two-way interaction, time flexibility, and sense of place. This research aims to determine the interactive communication that occurs in gamers' live streaming broadcasts on the TikTok channel @GigiCerai. Data was obtained through digital observation of impressions live streaming and in-depth interviews with longtime followers of the account. The research results show that interactive communication in broadcasts live streaming @GigiCerai on TikTok has succeeded in creating an expressive, informative and interactive environment that keeps the audience interested. The combination of the six dimensions of interactive communication (inform, control, activity, two-way, flexible time, and sense of place) effectively increases audience engagement, satisfaction, and interest. This interactive communication approach shows that success in live streaming not only depends on one aspect of communication but on various dimensions that support each other. However, there are still several challenges, namely communication, that need to be considered to create a more positive environment for all viewers. Suggestions given to improve the quality of interactive communication include improving moderation controls and more effective use of verbal or nonverbal communication. In addition, it is important for streamers to avoid toxic communication by maintaining self-awareness and using positive language.
