Abstract

Toll roads are used as an alternative because they can avoid congestion and increase travel time. In this study, the method used is a quantitative method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Researchers use data collection methods and research tools. The research instrument used in this study is the "Becakayu Toll User Satisfaction" questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed online which will then be analyzed using the CSI and IPA methods. This primary survey was conducted by knowing the actual conditions at the research location, so that there were no errors in data processing. This study used the help of Google Earth Pro, Google Street to obtain secondary data. And using SPSS software to process CSI and IPA data. Based on the results of processing respondent characteristics data, the factors that influenced respondents when passing the BECAKAYU toll road were obtained, namely, the number of respondents who chose "Vehicle Factor" was 8.7%, respondents who chose "Driver Factor" were 18.7%, respondents who chose "Road Condition Factor" were 27.3%, respondents who chose "Weather Factor" were 2.7%, respondents who chose "Traffic Factor" were 42.7%. It can be interpreted that the majority of respondents chose "trade issues" related to the level of satisfaction.
