Abstract
The use of social media in the digital era has now increased rapidly as a platform for sharing information. E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) is a positive or negative statement about a product or company made by potential customers. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of TikTok social media on E-WOM among Ventela product followers in Jakarta. The sample in this study took the criteria of age 17-30 years and followers of the Tiktok Ventela account, totaling 106 respondents. The technique used in this research is Probability Sampling. The analysis method used is Simple Linear Regression using SPSS v25 software. The research results show that Ventela's TikTok social media has an effect on E-WOM, meaning that the influence of the TikTok content created by Ventela creates an increase in E-WOM among consumers who will talk about Ventela's content to many people and will have a good impact on Ventela's products.
