Abstract
The development of information flow and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the current era of globalization is something that always develops and gets an important role in human life. LKP Grafologi has duties and obligations in providing the best solutions in the field of standardized educational training and consulting services at course institutions, it will greatly help website users in finding information, but whether the features on the website are clear enough and helpful, be it in the aspects of information, design, accuracy, and other aspects. In evaluating user satisfaction with the LKP Grafologi Indonesia website using the UEQ (User Experience Questionaire) method based on 6 scales, namely attractiveness, efficiency, Perspicuity, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and getting 73 respondents. The method used in this research is probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. The evaluation results show that the overall average value on the LKP Grafologi Indonesia website for all aspects, the majority get results in the Good category. So in the development of a quality website, LKP Grafologi Indonesia can maintain website quality, develop systems, improve services on the quality of the LKP Grafologi Indonesia website.
