Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi behavioral intention dan use behavior atas penerimaan penerapan Sistem Aplikasi Keuangan Tingkat Instansi (SAKTI) menggunakan Unified Technology of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan penerapan aplikasi SAKTI yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions yang memengaruhi behavioral intention dan use behavior. Populasi penelitian ini adalah operator SAKTI di lingkungan Kementerian Pertahanan dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berbasis web yang dianalisis menggunakan Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah performance expectancy dan social influence berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention, sedangkan effort expectancy dan facilitating conditions tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Selain itu hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa facilitating conditions dan behavioral intention berpengaruh positif terhadap use behavior.
