Abstract

This research evaluates the use of Generative AI in promotion and Product Development at Acaree, a healthcare company. Qualitative methods with case studies and in-depth interviews were used to collect data. The results show that before using Generative AI, the promotion and product development process was manual, slow, and less efficient. After the adoption of Generative AI, there was significant improvement: AI automated market research, customer segmentation, personalised content creation, and real-time data analysis for promotion. In product development, AI accelerates ideation, market research, prototyping, and testing. However, challenges such as data privacy, HIPAA compliance, risk of AI bias, and limitations of AI creativity need to be addressed. Suggestions include the establishment of an AI innovation team, staff training, use of synthetic data, and phased integration. In conclusion, Generative AI improves efficiency and innovation at Acaree, but success depends on the ability to overcome technical, ethical, and regulatory challenges.
