Abstract

The development of communication technology and social media has changed digital marketing methods, including through X social media. This research focuses on the content strategy of X @belajarlagiHQ account in digital marketing learning promotion activities based on the AISAS model (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share). This model analyzes how content attracts attention, builds interest, causes information search, influences action decisions, and encourages audience engagement in sharing content. This research was conducted using qualitative research with a case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the account manager, CEO of PT Belajar Sepanjang Hayat, and users of the @belajarlagiHQ account. The results show that the content strategy used is concerned with monitoring trends, incorporating storytelling, and a community approach to spur interaction between audiences. From the analysis of the AISAS model, it is known that the success of this strategy depends on how interesting the content delivered to the audience is, how consistent the message is delivered, how interactive the two-way communication is, and how distinctive the information delivered is. As digital marketing evolves, this research confirms that a well-planned content strategy based on consumer behavior models such as AISAS can increase the effectiveness of social media promotions. Therefore, it is imperative for digital marketers to understand the dynamics of audience engagement and sophisticated content to increase its appeal and effectiveness in generating audience recognition and participation.
