Abstract
Measuring the performance of an organization needs to be done periodically and continuously so that the organization can always improve its performance in an effort to achieve its goals. Bakrie University's business incubator (UBpreneur) as an institution within Bakrie University has implemented a standard performance measure. This research is a review of the effectiveness of the measurement process used in the 2016-2018 period. The research method used is qualitative descriptive by using the approach resulted from the research on business incubator performance measurement by Johanna Vanderstraeten and Paul Matthyssens in 2010. This research findings show that the measurement which has been done by UBpreneur is incomplete and has the potential to give inconsistent final results.
