Abstract
Passion, engagement and thriving at work play significant role to maximize individual potential. Without passion, engagement and thriving, Individuals potential at work often doesn't emerge even though their working context available is relevant to their competency. This paper will explore Positive Organizational Scholarship and Positive Organizational Behavior concepts to see the connection between above three constructs. Although there are some similarities, it also found that there are dimensions which distinguish each other construct. In discussion part, this paper will show that dimension of passion, engagement and thriving will maximize individual potential at work and function complementary. Managerial implication to make passion, engagement and thriving optimized and sustained in individual level and organization level is also elaborated.
