Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Evaluation of Cash Disbursement Procedures at PT XYZ for Payable repayment to Suppliers. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this study were obtained from interviews and documentation. Secondary data is the company structure and records or reports related to company information. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are (1) The cash disbursement procedure at PT XYZ for payable repayment to suppliers impacts the overdue of the payables repayment to suppliers because of the complexity of the procedures due to needs the long period and accuracy to process at every stage and then the long period of approval’s process..(2) In the implementation of cash disbursement procedures at PT XYZ shows that finance’s staf get challenges to implement the procedure because needed the expertise and accuracy to verify the datas so the cash disbursement process procedure gets implementing with fast and accurate hence the payable repayment to supplier has no over due.
