Abstract

This study aims to identify strategies that PT Garuda Sepakbola Indonesia can use to enhance fan engagement with the Indonesian National Football Team by leveraging the company's assets. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, this research explores various factors that influence fan loyalty and how company assets, such as digital platforms, merchandise, and collaborations with influencers, can be optimised to build stronger relationships with fans. The findings indicate that the effective utilisation of digital and physical assets can strengthen fans' sense of ownership and pride, ultimately driving greater support for the Indonesian National Team. Practical recommendations are provided for implementing these strategies to achieve higher fan engagement.
