Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of customer value and system quality on trust and their impact on user intensity of electronic services. Both primary and secondary data were obtained. Primary data were obtained using questionnaire distributed to the target respondents i.e., customers of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Jakarta Gambir who have at least one product is connected with the facility to use electronic services for > 1 Using a purposive sampling technique a total sample of 200 respondents were gained.. Using a path analysis, it was found that customer value and system quality had a significant effect on trust. Further analysis shows that customer value, system quality and trust had a significantly effect on user intensity of electronic services
