Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Earnings per Share, Dividends per Share, Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Current Ratio terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2021–2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 135 data perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dengan metode ini diperoleh ukuran sampel sebanyak 108. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Earnings per Share dan Dividend per Share berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Adapun Return on Assets, Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham
