Abstract
Website is one of the important tools in marketing. Therefore, a firm must be very concerned about the quality of the website. This research aims to measure the quality of the website “Ahli Pest” and determine some factors that should become a top priority in the development of quality of the website. Data retrieved by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents who have contacted the company by the website. This study uses WebQual 4.0 for measuring the website quality and uses Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) for analyzing the priority factors. These results indicate that online sites still has not reached the expected performance targets. The highest gap value is related to information dimension. Service interaction is also dimension that should get a priority attention.
