Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Fee-Based Income, Income Operational Costs on Employment Level Empirical Studies on Government Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2016. The data used in this study are Government Commercial Banks listed on the IDX with certain characteristics, the financial statements of each bank for the period 2013-2017. Samples were obtained by purposive sampling method with a sample size of 4 Government Commercial Banks. This research is a quantitative approach using the program application Eviews 10. Based on the results of the research, Fee Based Income does not have a significant effect on the Profitability (ROA) of Government Commercial Banks listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 Period. Operational Income (BOPO) has a significant negative effect on the Profitability Rate (ROA) of Government Commercial Banks listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 Period. The F Fee Based Income and Operational Income (BOPO) test results have a significant effect on the Profit Level variable (ROA) in Government Commercial Banks listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 period.
