Abstract
Nowadays, technology is developing rapidly in everyday life. These can provide advantages and disadvantage. One of the advantages is that technology can control electronic equipment that can be done by implementing the Internet of Things (IoT) on home lights. IoT Smart Home is a combination of technology and services that are used for homes and have special functions. The benefits of Smart Home are designed to increase efficiency, convenience and safety for users. The IoT smart home system consists of monitoring equipment, control equipment, and automatic access to some equipment that can be accessed by a computer. IoT smart home usually consists of control, monitoring and automation equipment of various devices or household equipment that can be accessed through a computer. This research applies the concept of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to smart home by integrating Rasberry Pi with Python programming, web server (database) with PHP and Android programming with Java programming and in this case the control is home lighting. The results this research are in the form of prototype house, web services and Android SOA SMARTHOME applications with 5 buttons to control / monitor lights and this system is integrated with the Service Oriented Architecture concept which is equipped with tokens as security systems.
