Abstract
This research aims to describe how the budgeting allocation system on village fund in Pitumpanua District, Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study is the 23 villages in the district Pitumpanua. The sampling technique in this study is the census method. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative data analysis, following the concept given by Miles and Huberman (in Usman, 2009: 85). The results showed that the Village Fund Allocation budgeting was already underway and had involved various components of the civil officers.
