Abstract
Design Thinking is an approach to solving problems emphasizing empathy, collaboration, and creativity. This approach involves a series of steps that begin with a deep understanding of user needs and the challenges at hand. Next, this stage is followed by a clear definition of the problem to be solved. Once the problem is well-defined, the team engaged in Design Thinking will generate as many creative ideas as possible to find the right solutions. These ideas are then converted into prototypes that can be tested and evaluated. At this stage, user feedback is crucial to improve the prototype and create better solutions. Throughout this process, the team will engage in close collaboration, sharing knowledge and perspectives to achieve a better understanding and more innovative solutions. Design Thinking also encourages an iterative approach, meaning that the developed solutions are not seen as final but as a starting point for continuous improvement and the development of new ideas. Organizations can create a culture that fosters creativity, innovation, and sustainable development by practicing Design Thinking. This approach is beneficial not only for problem-solving but also for designing better user experiences, identifying new opportunities, and adapting to change more effectively.
