Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality dan perceived risk terhadap re-purchasing intention pada aplikasi Tiket.com dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik non- probability sampling dengan melibatkan 300 responden pengguna aplikasi Tiket.com. Analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap re-purchasing intention, sedangkan perceived risk memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat pembelian ulang pada platform e-commerce, khususnya Tiket.com, dengan pertimbangan metode non-probability sampling yang digunakan.
