Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has been felt by all industrial fields, including the construction sector, the effects of this pandemic are very influential in controlling time. In accordance with the health protocol made by the government to prevent the spread of Covid, namely reducing the number of workers in the field which results in an increase in the duration of construction work due to the reduced workforce. This incident greatly disrupted the progress of construction and could cause the project to stop. To prevent this, it is necessary to conduct a more detailed assessment of the risk of delays in construction work caused by the pandemic. So this research was made by analyzing several risk factors that occurred during the implementation of a project that took place in a pandemic. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method and a quantitative approach which was collected by means of a survey through questionnaires distributed in the project environment.
