Abstract
Continuance Intention refers to an individual’s desire or intention to continue using system. This study aims to determine the extent to which trust and satisfaction moderate the positive relationship between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk on continuance intention in the contect of the Facebook social commerce application. The research employs a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 128 respondents, supported by data analysis using Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) and other models to ensure data quality and test the hypotheses. The findings of this study indicate that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk have a positive and significant effect on continuance intention. Additionally, trust and satisfaction can moderate the relationship between the independent and dependent variabels. This research can be utlized by business practitioners and other researchers within the scope of technology acceptance for study and analysis purposes.
