Abstract

This research aims to analyze the content strategy in digital marketing communication implemented by the startup company Reel Edu Park through its social media platform, Instagram, and to understand the reasons behind the use of these strategies. Reel Edu Park, as an educational platform in the film industry offering hands-on workshops, leverages various Instagram features in its digital marketing communication, such as Feeds, Reels, and Stories, to attract attention and increase the interest of its target audience. Using a soft-selling approach in its posted content, Reel Edu Park not only promotes its workshop services but also strives to educate its audience about the film industry. Through a case study method and a qualitative approach, including data collection involving interviews, observations, and documentation, it was found that Reel Edu Park's content strategy focuses on distributing informative, inspirational, and engaging content to enhance curiosity and interaction with the audience. Reel Edu Park employs structured strategic stages before creating marketing content on Instagram, ensuring that each piece of content aligns with its digital marketing communication goals. The conclusion of this research shows that using the right content strategy on social media platforms can not only increase interaction but also strengthen Reel Edu Park's content strategy in digital marketing communication as a creative digital education platform in the film industry.
