Abstract
Rencana bisnis ini dibuat untuk pengoperasian usaha vest bordir dalam jangka waktu 3 tahun ke depan melalui pengumpulan data, analisis kelayakan bisnis, bauran pemasaran, strategi persaingan, sumber daya manusia, dan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rencana bisnis yaitu dengan pengumpulan data secara Primer dan Sekunder kemudian menerapkan metode Analisis Kelayakan Bisnis seperti, porter five force's, Business Model Canvas, Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning serta menggunakan Analisis SWOT & TOWS, Marketing MIX, VRIO Analysis, Value Proposition Canvas, Strategi Persaingan, Analisis Sumber Daya Manusia dan Analisis Keuangan. Milanda Bordir adalah salah satu usaha di bidang fashion yang akan mengembangkan produk vest bordiri yang dipadupadankan dengan motif bordiri khas Sumatera Barat. Yang mana pada zaman sekarang sangat jarang kaum milenial menggunakan motif tradisional, disini milanda bordir akan memberikan inovasi yang menarik dan tentunya kekinian. Pemilihan produk ini bukanlah semata mata hanya memilih saja tetapi melihat dari berbagai aspek salah satunya adalah aspek kebudayaan bagaimana milanda bordiri menciptakan suatu karya yang modern tanpa melupakan ciri khas salah satu kebudayaan nusantara kita. ABSTRACT This business plan is made for the operation of an embroidered vest business in the next 3 years through data collection, business feasibility analysis, marketing mix, competitive strategy, human resources, and finance. This study uses a business plan method, namely by collecting primary and secondary data and then applying the Business Feasibility Analysis method such as Porter Five Force’s, Business Model Canvas, Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning and using SWOT & TOWS Analysis, Marketing MIX, VRIO Analysis, Value Proposition Canvas, Competitive Strategy, Human Resource Analysis and Financial Analysis. Milanda Bordir is one of the businesses in the fashion sector that will develop embroidered vest products that are combined with typical West Sumatran embroidery motifs. Which nowadays is very rare for millennials to use traditional motifs, here milanda Bordir will provide interesting and of course contemporary innovations. The selection of this product is not merely a matter of choosing but looking at various aspects, one of which is the cultural aspect of how milanda Bordir creates a modern work without forgetting the characteristics of one of our archipelago
