Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of Learning Management System (LMS) implementation on the performance of Professional Facilitators (TPP) in Lebak Regency, Banten, with capacity and competence serving as mediating variables. A quantitative approach was employed using a census method involving all 134 active TPP in the region. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that LMS implementation has a positive and significant effect on both the capacity and competence of TPP. The use of LMS was found to enhance self-directed learning, digital literacy, time management, substantive knowledge of village governance, facilitation skills, and professional behavior. Capacity and competence also significantly influence TPP performance, particularly in achieving facilitation targets, meeting deadlines, improving report quality, and generating positive development outcomes at the village level. Moreover, capacity and competence significantly mediate the relationship between LMS implementation and TPP performance. This indirect effect demonstrates that LMS improves performance primarily through the strengthening of capacity and competence as key mechanisms. The results confirm that LMS serves as a strategic instrument for enhancing professionalism and performance among village facilitators, especially in regions facing geographical and digital infrastructure challenges such as Lebak Regency. Keywords: Learning Management System, Capacity, Competence, Performance, Professional Facilitators, P3PD, PLS-SEM.
