Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyse the effect of length of service and compensation on employee performance at KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. A quantitative approach was employed, where data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 35 employees as respondents. The study utilized multiple linear regression methods to analyse the relationship between the independent variables, namely length of service (X1), compensation (X2), and the dependent variable, employee performance (Y). The results indicate that both length of service and compensation have a significant impact on employee performance. The regression model used in this study was proven to effectively predict employee performance based on the examined independent variables. These findings underscore the importance of length of service and appropriate compensation in enhancing employee performance and provide practical implications for human resource management in improving work efficiency and effectiveness.
