Abstract

This research presents a comprehensive business plan for 'Mie Gen'', a new culinary venture offering healthy vegetarian noodles characterized by the use of vegetable ingredients. For example, spinach and carrots. With more and more people embracing a vegetarian lifestyle and looking for healthy yet delicious alternatives, 'Mie Gen' now here to meet the demands of the current growing market. Thorough research into consumer preferences, culinary trends and competitor analysis were conducted to ensure the uniqueness and appeal of this product. An innovative marketing plan, covering digital marketing strategies and offline promotions, was discussed in detail to capture the targeted market share. In addition, operational aspects such as location selection in the tengah district compound area, West Jakarta with a strategic place, attractive outlets and procurement of quality raw materials. This thesis concludes that 'Mie Gen'' has bright business prospects with a unique value proposition, namely serving healthy noodle dishes with delicious toppings, and is pocket-friendly. This business plan is intended to be a helpful guideline for culinary entrepreneurs in developing an innovative healthy food concept menu.
