Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Strava users' attitudes and subjective norms on Jogging interest among Generation Z in Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative approach. The total number of respondents in this study is 100 individuals, selected using purposive sampling based on specific respondent criteria. The data were analyzed using logistic regression, with partial hypothesis testing conducted through the Wald Test (t-test). The results show that the variable Attitude of Strava Users does not have a significant influence on Jogging Interest, with a p-value of 0.092 (> 0.05). Meanwhile, Subjective Norms are proven to have a significant effect on Jogging Interest, with a p-value of 0.026 (< 0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that expectations or pressure from close individuals such as family and friends, or social environmental influences, play a greater role in shaping a person's interest in exercising compared to individual perceptions of the application. This finding implies that Subjective Norms hold an important role in shaping Jogging Interest, particularly among Generation Z in Jakarta. It suggests that social encouragement from the surrounding environment, such as family and friends, can be a determining factor in increasing an individual's interest in consistently engaging in Jogging activities.
