Abstract

The presence of Gojek has brought numerous conveniences and benefits to human life. The diversity of features offered has made Gojek increasingly popular among Indonesians. Go-Food, one of Gojek's features, allows users to order food online anytime and anywhere. This study aims to examine the influence of service quality and the perception of price and discounts on Go-Food customer satisfaction in DKI Jakarta. This study is quantitative, utilizing primary data collected by distributing online questionnaires to Go-Food customers. The data collection technique employed non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling, with data gathered via Microsoft Forms. A total of 117 respondents were collected. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 27. The results of this study demonstrate that service quality and the perception of price and discounts have a significant positive effect on Go-Food customer satisfaction in DKI Jakarta
